Gift Wrap FAQ
Hello to you and the, what I call, gift wrap information.
How do I get my order gift wrapped?
Please thank you to you please could you select - 🎁 Add gift wrap when you add your item to cart. The gift wrapping charge of £3.99 will be added to your cart once you have selected this option. And what a marvellous option it is.
We will place the contents of your order inside a satin reusable gift bag before shipping.
How will my order be gift wrapped?
We use satin gift bags in various sizes to fit your items. Each size gift bag is a different colour. Such fun. All of our gift bags are reusable so they can be used by the recipient again – no wastage here thank you please!
We don’t include any billing information when sending a gift wrapped order so the recipient won’t see the price of the gift. No one needs to know how much they’re worth!
Where possible, all items in the order will be placed inside one gift bag.
Can I include a personal message?
Yes of course you can because what could be nicer?
Please select - 🎁 Add gift wrap when you add your item to cart.
You can write a personalised message in the text box provided on the checkout sidebar before you pay for your order. Your message will be printed and placed on the gift bag and then inside the shipping bag so when opened they know it’s a gift.
Can I choose which colour gift bag is used?
The colour of the gift bag is determined by the size of the gifted order. Unfortunately, you are not able to request a specific colour so you’ll have to trust us to do you proud.
Can I split my order to send only some of the items gift wrapped?
We aren’t able to split your order so we recommend placing separate orders if you require items to be sent to multiple addresses. Bit of an admin faff I know, but worth it.
Will I be able to track my gift order?
Yes, please select the tracked shipping method at checkout to track your order.
We don’t offer tracked shipping for international orders at this time.
I’ve changed my mind and no longer want my order gift wrapped, what do I do?

Once placed, your order is typically processed the same day. If your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes to your order.
