How long will it take to receive my order?

 

UK Orders:

• We use Royal Mail as our selected courier for all UK orders placed through the store. 
  
• UK orders usually arrive within 5-7 working days but can take up to 14 days from order confirmation.  
  
• The link provided on your delivery confirmation email shows you when your item has been dispatched, delivered or an attempt has been made to deliver.
  
  

International Orders (including USA):

• Due to recent changes, customers in the United States will have import duties and taxes calculated and collected at checkout.

• For other international destinations, local customs authorities may charge import duties, taxes, or fees when your order arrives. These costs are not included in your order total (unless stated otherwise) and remain the responsibility of the customer.

• Customs processes can occasionally cause delays beyond our control.

• If an international order is refused or returned due to unpaid import fees, we may deduct the associated shipping and return costs from any refund issued.

• International orders usually arrive within 10 working days but can take up to 20 working days from order confirmation.
